Volunteering

Volunteer Programs are developped at the outskirts of San Cristobal and within Chiapas. Volunteers work along with youngsters of local communities carrying out physical and environmental tasks such as teaching in schools, planting trees, taking care of turtles, cleaning up streets, building vegetable gardens and other basic works...

The NGO NATATÉ A.C. is in charge of volunteer programmes in San Cristóbal and Chiapas.

NATATÉ was founded in 2006 by the founders of La Casa en el Arbol and other Great Mexican guys. NATATÉ is based on the same principles of La Casa en el Arbol such as solidarity, international cooperation, sustainable development... NATATÉ pretends to be a transparent NGO.
